Terms and Conditions
- The auction closing date and time is specified with each lot.
- All bids are an agreement to buy. Correctly listed items are subject
to a 25% return charge. Any errors in listing are gladly refunded.
- SPA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to pull a
lot.
- All lots have minimum bids. Lots may have reserves placed by consignors.
Usually this will be noted on the lot description.
- Bidders will be notified via e-mail only of winning bids and need
to pay within 10 days.
- This auction uses Blue
Book of Standard Order of the Arrow Insignia. for OA items. Eagle
patches are identified using Terry Grove's book A
Comprehensive Guide to the Eagle Scout Award. Rank badges are cataloged
using Paul Myers' book on Collecting
Boy Scout Rank Badges. Handbooks are identified using Fisk and Bearce's
Collecting Scout

- Limit Bids: You can place limit bids. A limit bid is where you
provide your minimum bid and the highest amount you are willing to go up
to for the lot. If your low bid is topped, the auction will up your bid
by the minimum raise unless it exceeds your limit. This can save you time
and connect charges as the system will automatically bid for you.
- Postage, handling and insurance costs will be paid by the bidder
and will be added to the invoice.
- You can charge your winnings to either your Mastercard or Visa
account.
If you have items that you wish to sell, please let me know. I can
make an offer for outright purchase or take on consignment. I have been
told that I have the lowest commission fees of any of the auctions. We will
work with you to assure a fair price for your collectibles. Please call
